A fresh and modernly decorated two-bedroom holiday apartment near Naufragos beach, a couple of kilometres from Torrevieja centre and Punta Prima. This middle-floor apartment has a nice living room with a corner sofa, dining area, large TV and patio doors to a lovely south-west facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun from about half the day until sunset. The kitchen of the apartment is modern and well-equipped, including a dishwasher to make everyday life easier for holidaymakers.

The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed of 140cm. All rooms have windows to the south/west. The bathroom has a bath. Fast fibre optic connection (wifi) is included in the price.

You can conveniently park your car on the street in front of the apartment, and the bus connection to Torrevieja centre and Punta Prima is very close. You can walk to the sandy beach in about ten minutes. Aldi supermarket half a kilometer away.

Note! El Paraiso de Torrevieja swimming pool/restaurant, where you can splash and sunbathe in the summer, is located about 200 meters from the apartment. There is a one-time fee for the pool or alternatively weekly or similar tickets are available for sale.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
