A clean and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom fifth-floor apartment in a popular residential area, just a few hundred meters from the sandy beach of Los Locos.

The second bedroom of the apartment has two single beds, the master bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom has a shower, the bathroom next to the master bedroom has a bathtub. The entire apartment has ducted central air conditioning and fast and efficient fiber optic internet (wifi). The kitchen has both a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The glass curtains on the balcony allow you to spend time on the balcony even in the winter months. In the warmer summer months, you can move the curtains aside and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

The building is in a Moorish style, with wooden ceiling beams and decorative tiles. The housing association has a communal pool area and a children's playground. A 24/7 caretaker service also guards the bicycle storage room.
