The apartment has a bright front garden for afternoon sun. The yard has plantings and fruit trees, as well as space for a car. The apartment's glazed front terrace is a nice place to spend time even in winter. From the terrace you enter the living room, at the end of which is a fully equipped kitchen behind a breakfast bar. The apartment's two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. The apartment's covered back patio has space for beach equipment and even rental bicycles.

The housing company has a large pool area, the water in the showers of which is heated by solar energy. Supermarkets Lidl and Consum are within walking distance, as are the swimming coves of Torrevieja. The sandy beach of Los Locos is about a couple of kilometers away, as is the sandy beach of La Mata.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
