The air conditioning in the living room helps keep room temperatures comfortable year round. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the dish washer helps daily life and the oven and microwave are installed on ergonomic height. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room where the washing machine and water heater are located. The bathroom has a shower. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and a double bed. The master bedroom has also an extra heater and a fan. The other bedroom has bunk beds. All the daily amenities are within walking distance, the closest supermarket Dia is only about 100 meters away and the swimming coves are half a kilometre away.
