This spacious and sunny holiday home is located close to the services and beach of Cabo Roig.

The living room of the apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a separate utility room in connection with the kitchen, where there is space for washing and drying laundry, among other things. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping accommodation for four people in total. From the living room and the master bedroom you have access to your own private balcony of approximately 17 square meters, where the sun shines from morning to evening. If necessary, you can open the awning for sun protection. The balcony overlooks the pool area. You can park your car in the housing association's parking garage, from where you can take the elevator directly to the residential floor.

Cabo Roig's famous restaurant street is a few dozen meters away, as is the Thursday street market. The sandy beach of Cabo Roig is less than a kilometer away on foot.
