The house's shared open staircase faces north and the glazed balcony faces south. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing delicious meals. The bedroom has comfortable beds, as well as air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a new glass-walled Grohe shower.

The spa area has a Finnish sauna and an indoor pool with whirlpool functions for a pleasant massage. The condominium has 2 other outdoor pools with a jacuzzi and a petanque court. It is within walking distance of the Zenia Boulevard shopping center, the Playa Flamenca street market and other services. The area is ideal for sports all year round; golf, cycling, swimming and other activities. The nearby Lovelo bike shop and café organizes exciting bike tours, as well as road/gravel tours. Magnificent golf courses and blue flag beaches are just a few kilometers away. Torrevieja is perfect for cycling. Bikes can be rented at a good price from the owner.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
