This new, three-bedroom apartment, completed in 2024, has a spacious living room with large glass doors to a balcony that runs the entire width of the apartment and overlooks the pool area. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a fold-out bed (approx. 150x190cm) and a work station. Powerful fiber-optic internet also provides opportunities for remote working. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bathroom with a shower. The living room has a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen and a utility room. Both the living room and the main bedroom have glass doors to a balcony with a dining area and views of the pool area.

The housing company has a beautiful pool area and there is a private parking space for your car in the housing company's underground garage (no. 9). The apartment is located on the second-to-top floor of a four-story building (street level + three floors).

Daily services are nearby, the Dialprix supermarket is only about half a kilometer away, as is the Los Dolses shopping center, with several restaurants and bars. The province's largest shopping center, Zenia Boulevard, with dozens of shops, is only about two kilometers away, and the magnificent sandy beach of Zenia is only about three and a half kilometers away. For golf lovers, there are several quality golf courses within a short drive, including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
