This three-bedroom apartment has a spacious living room with large patio doors to a stunning balcony overlooking the pool area. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a pull-out bed. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bathroom with a shower. The living room has a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a water filtration system. Both the living room and the master bedroom have patio doors to a balcony with a sofa set. For protection from the sun, you can open the awnings that cover the entire balcony. The apartment is located on the next floor from street level.

The housing association has a stunning pool area, an outdoor gym, and a children's playground. There is a private parking space for your car in the housing association's underground garage.

Daily services are nearby, with the Dialprix supermarket just half a kilometer away, as well as the Los Dolses shopping center, which has several restaurants and bars. The province's largest shopping centre, Zenia Boulevard, with dozens of shops, is only about two kilometres away, and the magnificent sandy beach of Zenia is only about three and a half kilometres away. For golf lovers, there are several quality golf courses within a short drive, including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
