A stylish and modernly renovated apartment in an excellent location, just steps away from the sea. This second-floor apartment offers comfortable and contemporary surroundings for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom has two separate single beds. The apartment includes a fast fibre optic internet connection (WiFi), which is included in the rental price.

The bright and spacious living room invites you to relax, and large glass doors lead to an east-facing balcony. The living room is connected to a modern kitchen and a dining area for four people.

The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine.

The popular sandy beach Playa del Cura is located less than 100 metres from the apartment, and Playa de Los Locos is approximately 700 metres away. The area offers excellent services: there are several restaurants and cafés by the beach, and within walking distance you will also find the Mas y Mas supermarket and a 24-hour pharmacy.
