A south-facing one-bedroom apartment in a nice apartment building in the center of Torrevieja, on Habaneras Street and only half a kilometer from the beach. The bathroom has been renovated, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a shower cabin. The humid air after a shower can be easily vented out of the bathroom window.

The kitchen has also been renovated, and there is, among other things, a dishwasher, a mini oven/microwave, and good countertop lighting. The kitchen and living room are one room, which makes the space feel more spacious. From the living room you can access the south-facing glazed balcony, which is a warm place to be even in winter. If you wish, you can move the balcony windows to the side, so you can enjoy direct sunlight and lateral sea views.

The shared roof terrace of the community is a great place to sunbathe. The sandy Los Locos beach is also only half a kilometer away. Services are really close, as there is a Consum supermarket at the foot of the apartment building, and there are many restaurants and cafes on Habaneras Street.

Small dogs are welcome at this location.
