The apartment has efficient central air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The kitchen is modern and functional. Both the living room and the master bedroom have glass doors to the balcony, which works well as an extension of the living room. Two bedrooms have double beds, the third has a sofa bed.

The location of the apartment is excellent, just 300 meters from the popular Los Locos beach and its amenities.

The housing company has a small roof terrace. Next to the swimming pool there is a Finnish sauna, where you can take a steam bath and take a dip after a run. The housing company's sauna is available to tenants for an additional fee. Ask for more!

The apartment includes a private garage space in the basement of the housing company, where you can safely park your car. You can store bicycles or golf equipment safely in the lockable 4-square-meter storage room.
