A beautiful duplex apartment just a couple of hundred meters from Los Locos beach. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, and on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with large patio doors to a private balcony, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. From the living room, stairs lead to the upper floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. From the master bedroom you can access the second balcony of the apartment.

In apartment there is sofabed, babycot and high chair

The housing company has a large swimming pool area for residents to use, and the Mediterranean beach is only a couple of hundred meters away by foot.

Consum supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are several nice cafes and quality restaurants nearby.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
