From the front door of the apartment you enter directly into the spacious and bright living room, which is connected to a well-equipped and spacious open kitchen. The end wall of the living room is mirrored, which brings a nice sense of space to the living space. The living room also has access to a south-facing glazed balcony with a sofa group. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The main bedroom has its own small French balcony.

Upstairs, which is accessed via a staircase, has its own roof terrace with a dining area. Upstairs there is also a utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a refrigerator. The room can also be used as a quiet work area. Upstairs there is also a third bedroom with limited ceiling height, and a second bathroom with a shower. The roof terrace has sea views.
