The main bedroom of the apartment has its own balcony with plenty of space for a couple of chairs to enjoy the evening sun. The balcony offers views all the way to the salt lake and the Mediterranean Sea. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The main bedroom has a quiet work station, and the apartment's efficient fibre optic internet ensures a reliable internet connection. The bathroom has an easy-access shower instead of a bath. Both the main bedroom and the living room have air-to-air heat pumps, which keep the room air comfortable all year round. The housing company has a shared roof terrace where you can dry your laundry and enjoy the spacious views of the surroundings.

All the necessary daily services are nearby, there is a 24-hour minimarket in the same block, the popular Miño café is across the street, and you can walk to the beach in just five minutes. The center of Torrevieja is also only about a kilometer away.
