A really clean and nice 2 bedroom apartment on the eighth floor, which is suitable for everyone, because the apartment is on one level and the house has 2 elevators and it is located on a quiet street next to all services. The apartment is perfect for two adults or a family, because one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. On the open balcony facing southeast of the apartment, you can enjoy the sun's rays from morning until about 1 pm and the refreshing shade during the hottest part of the afternoon. Air heat pumps in the living room and master bedroom heat in winter and cool in summer. Views of the common yard area, where, among other things, 2 swimming pools and a children's playground are located. A fenced area that can only be accessed with your own key. A common roof terrace with stunning views of the surroundings is also suitable for drying laundry.

There are 4 supermarkets near the apartment as well as family-friendly bars and restaurants. Water park (open in summer) and "Olympic-sized" indoor swimming pool, large shopping center, cinema and bowling alley about 15 min. walk away. Torrevieja's famous Friday market is also very close. You can walk to the seafront and the covered promenade in about 20 minutes.
