The kitchen has a dishwasher to make everyday life on holiday easier. Services are nearby, and the sea is only a few hundred metres away. The west-facing balcony of the apartment offers views along Villa Madrid Street to the sea.
There is also easy space for a car in the garage, a parking space is included in the price. It is nice to go for an evening walk to the nearby harbour area to see the beautiful boats, and the cafés in the area offer tasty tapas if you get hungry.
