Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Punta Prima, completed in early 2019, next to amenities. This through-building apartment has a front terrace of approximately 20m2 with morning sun, a beautiful living room and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with access to a rear terrace of approximately 58m2 with evening sun. The sun loungers shown in the pictures are not included in the apartment.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has two separate beds and another bathroom next to it.

The Vista Azul XXVIII housing estate has a shared SPA area with a heated pool with water jets, a swimming pool area, boules courts and a children's play area. The area of ​​the housing estate is closed with locked gates, so only residents have access to the area. There are tennis courts and other recreational opportunities nearby.

You can park your car on either side of the building, either on Calle Manzanilla or Calle Jumilla, from which there is easy access to the apartment, also directly to the back terrace. Since the apartment is located at street level, it is easy to get around with a stroller or shopping cart without having to climb stairs. There are several high-quality golf courses within a short drive, including Villamartin (5km), Las Colinas (approx. 10km) and Vistabella Golf (approx. 15km).

Daily services are within walking distance, the Punta Marina shopping center, which has a supermarket and restaurants, is about 700 meters away. There are also several other restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach is about a kilometer and a half away on foot.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved.
