Sunny two-bedroom apartment in Nueva Torrevieja, north of Torrevieja city centre. The second-floor apartment (not at street level) has patio doors in the living room to a south-facing balcony overlooking the pool area, which is open all year round. The balcony works well as an extension of the living room and gets the sun all day long. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher. Both bedrooms have double beds, and the bathroom has a shower cabin and a window. The air conditioning in the living room keeps the room comfortable all year round. The apartment has high-speed fibre optic internet.
