Sunny and spacious apartment in a block of flats with stunning sea views on the first line. This second floor apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony offers spacious panoramic views directly to the sea, and the balcony is accessible not only from the living room, but also from the master bedroom.

The living room has a dining area for six, as well as the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has space to cook, and a dishwasher makes everyday life easier for holidaymakers. There is a utility room in the kitchen, which includes a washing machine. Neither bathroom has a bathtub.

You can park your car in the parking garage, from where you can take a lift directly to the residential floor. The housing company has a pool area in the courtyard, which also has a children's pool. The sandy beaches of Playa de Cura and Playa de Los Locos are a couple of hundred meters away, and there is a rocky beach twenty meters in front of the apartment. Services are nearby: there are several restaurants and cafes on the beach and the supermarket Mas y Mas is just around the corner.
