This clean and bright one-bedroom apartment is located in La Zenia, about a kilometer from the beach and the area's largest shopping center, Zenia Boulevard. The living room of the apartment has a sofa bed for overnight guests, as well as an atmospheric wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped, and a dishwasher makes everyday life easier for vacationers. The bathroom has been renovated and now has a shower cabin. The windows of the apartment are double-glazed, meaning they are energy-friendly both in summer and winter. Underfloor heating also makes the apartment pleasant in the winter season.

The living room and bedroom have windows to a private terrace of about 100 square meters, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is direct access from the kitchen to the terrace, and outside is a great setting for enjoying lunches and dinners, sunbathing in a lounge chair or lounging on the sofa with a good book. There is also room for your small dog friend to walk and play.

From the terrace you can go down the stairs directly to the pool area of ​​the housing association, and enjoy the housing association's gym and spacious sauna. The services of the housing association are available to you at no additional charge.

The environment is quiet, but there is a grocery store, restaurants and pubs only 500 meters away. You can park your car on the street. Several quality golf courses are a quarter of a mile away: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
