Beautiful end-unit apartment in a quiet residential area in Dream Hills II, Los Altos.

The apartment has a north-facing front terrace with lemon and orange trees, and a comfortable seating area with glass curtains, ceiling fan and gas heater. From the front terrace you enter the living room with a large flat-screen TV, dining area and wine cooler to keep your drinks cold. Behind the dining area is a well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a water filter. There is a utility room connected to the kitchen, from which you can access the south-facing back terrace with a dining area and a private electric sauna! From the sunny back terrace it is only a few meters to the community pool area.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own TV, the second bedroom has a double bed and a separate single bed. Two bathrooms, both with practical walk-in showers.

The nearest grocery store Aldi is only 400 meters away. The Via Park III restaurant complex, which also has a pharmacy, is about 750 meters away. The bus stop to Torrevieja city center is about a kilometer away.
