The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The living room has a modern open kitchen with integrated appliances. Central air conditioning keeps the room comfortable all year round.

Large glass doors to the balcony allow plenty of natural light, and the balcony has plenty of space for sofa furniture and a dining set.

There is a smaller balcony connected to the living room with its own cupboard for the washing machine, water heater and cleaning supplies.

The community has extensive gardens, a swimming pool with loungers, and a separate children's pool. There is also a playground for children. Residents of the area can also enjoy a shared barbecue area, a petanque court, and an air-conditioned gym with sauna.

The apartment has its own parking space in the community's underground garage, from where you can conveniently take the elevator directly to the apartment floor. There are no stairs to climb from the street, as all the spaces are designed to be easily accessible with ramps and an elevator.

Services are nearby, the Lidl supermarket is just around the corner, there are several restaurants within a few hundred meters and you can safely walk to the beach via the underpass.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved.
