Sunny penthouse in a residential complex with a fantastic spa, sauna, gym and of course an outdoor pool area in a beautiful courtyard.

The apartment has one bedroom, living room, kitchen and utility room. The living room has a sofa bed. Balconies on both sides of the house, so both the morning sun and the evening sun hit the balconies. The residential area is closed with real and locked gates, which increases the security of the area.

Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses are nearby, as well as Villamartin. The largest shopping center in the area, Zenia Boulevard, is about a 15-minute walk away. Saunas are closed from June to August, the spa is in normal use.
