This new and bright first floor apartment is located in the Los Altos area, right next to the Punta Marina shopping center. Grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. The living spaces are on one floor. The spacious living room has access to a generously sized balcony, where the morning sun shines until noon. There is a gas grill on the balcony. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of cupboard space.

The housing company has wonderful common areas, a spa and sauna area, a playground, a petanque court, outdoor pools and a garage with elevator access to the residential floor. Parking space no. 36.

The spa area is not in use during the summer from 15.6. to 15.9.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
