A wonderful new holiday apartment in the center of Torrevieja, on the top floor, just 150 meters from the sandy beach of Playa del Cura.

The apartment has a spacious and bright living room with large glass doors to the balcony. The living room has a modern and stylish kitchen and dining area.

The apartment has three spacious bedrooms with high-quality Unikulma beds. Two modern bathrooms, one of which is connected to the main bedroom. Six beds, plus an extra bed.

From the balcony you can access your own roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The roof terrace has a summer kitchen and shower. You can also access the roof terrace by elevator via the condominium's staircase.

The condominium has a shared swimming pool area, the pool of which is heated from November to the end of April.

All the services of Torrevieja are within walking distance, wonderful sandy beaches, tasty restaurants, and a wonderful leisure area being completed by the harbor.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
