The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a sofa bed. The living room has large glass doors to the balcony, where the morning sun shines. The window of the smaller bedroom offers beautiful views over the roofs of Torrevieja to the mountains.

There is a convenient aluminum cabinet on the balcony with a washing machine and water heater, so they do not take up space in the kitchen or bathroom.

There is a private parking space (number 20) for the car in the courtyard of the housing association, protected by an electric gate.

The swimming pool area of ​​the housing association is at your disposal all year round.
