The apartment has a spacious living room and dining area, which also leads to a private terrace with expansive views of the park and swimming pool. The master bedroom also has access to the terrace. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. The bedrooms have double beds and built-in wardrobes. The living room has a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed for two if necessary. There is also a children's travel cot. The bathroom has a convenient shower cabin and a washing machine. The apartment has energy-efficient double glazing in all windows, and underfloor heating in every room.

The housing company has a nice pool area, and a gym and sauna in connection with it.

The magnificent sandy beach of Zenia is only about a kilometer away, as is the largest shopping center in the area, Zenia Boulevard. The nearest restaurants and the Consum supermarket are only a few hundred meters away. Cabo Roig with its restaurant street is about 1 km away, and the beach boulevard starting from La Zenia beach offers beautiful jogging routes near the sea. There is always space for a car on the street in front of the house. There are several quality golf courses within a short drive, such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin.

Small pets are welcome. The apartment has two travel cots, a stroller and a high chair for little holidaymakers.
