While grilling, you can enjoy the roof terrace's stunning views of the salt lake and the nearby park.

On the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen, as well as one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a sunny balcony. The front terrace and balcony of the apartment face south. The roof terrace has a glazed dining/living area and a charcoal grill. The housing company has two swimming pool areas, which are about 100m away.

Nearby bars and cafes and restaurants. There are also small shops in the immediate vicinity, and a larger market is about 1 km away. The apartment has fiber optic internet (100mbit wifi) and heating/cooling with an air source heat pump.
