Nice sunny apartment in Los Altos. The apartment has its own south-facing front garden, where you can enjoy the sun's rays with your morning coffee or evening meal. The living room has a corner sofa, which can also be used as a temporary sleeping place for an overnight guest. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher to make everyday life easier. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate beds. The bathroom has a shower screen instead of a bathtub. The apartment has a baby travel cot and high chair ready for families with children.

You can also enjoy the sun on your own roof terrace or in the housing association's pool area, which is only a few steps away.

Daily services are nearby: cafes a couple of hundred meters away, two Consum supermarkets a kilometer away, as well as the Punta Marina shopping center with restaurants. Torrevieja local bus stop a couple of hundred meters away. Walking distance to the beach, about 2 km. Maximum rental period 5 months (140 nights).
