The solarium of the two-level 2-bedroom townhouse, completed in 2000, has a Finnish 3-4h sauna. The benches have magnificent views over the roofs to the Mediterranean Sea. You can take a sauna shower either on the terrace or take a dip through the shower directly into the large swimming pool in front of the apartment. The pool gets sun all day long. Please note that the use of the sauna is 100% at your own risk. Ask for more. The roof terrace is in two parts, with the sunbathing side facing south and the back side facing the cooler north. The terrace is completely hidden from view, although you can see everywhere.
The bedrooms are located on the middle floor, one on the south side equipped with a new silent air-source heat pump and the other on the north side. In between is a staircase and a bathroom. The bedrooms have large integrated wardrobes. Ventilation is also a point worth noting.
Downstairs there is a bright living room with a 55” flat screen TV and fiber optic connection and an air source heat pump. The living room also has plenty of space for dining without having to move furniture. The fully equipped separate kitchen leads to a shady outdoor patio with a large dining area.
The front yard right by the pool is also a sunny but sheltered place for reading. There is a place for the car on the company's yard street. Places cannot be reserved.
And then the most important thing, location, location and location. Punta Prima services 1.5 km, padel and miniature golf courses 300m, Skandikoulu 300m, local restaurants 300m, Punta playa 2km, local shop 500m, Zenia shopping center 1.5km, bus stop to Torrevieja (6km) 1km. Still, aah, so peaceful.
