Charming two-bedroom four-storied house in a prime location in Playa Flamenca. The apartment has a spacious front yard, with a carport that can accommodate a larger car. The front yard faces south, which makes the apartment very bright.

The hallway has a convenient space for outdoor clothing and shoes. The cozy living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and modern open kitchen. The kitchen has an efficient gas stove and a water filtration system, which means you don't have to carry bottled water from the store. The living room has glass doors to an Andalusian-style inner patio with a dining area and a gas grill. The inner patio is a wonderful place to spend warm evenings grilling and enjoying good food. There is a convenient place for a washing machine under the stairs leading to the roof terrace. Both the living room and the master bedroom have an efficient inverter air-source heat pump.

The roof terrace has a sofa group, over which you can open the awning to provide shade. The roof terrace also has plenty of space to enjoy the sun, as well as a practical storage room with a fridge to keep drinks cold.

The pool area of ​​the housing association is just a few steps away. The swimming pool is surrounded by real grass, palm trees and beautiful plantings.

Almost across the street is the Citrus Center, which has restaurants, paddle courts and mini golf, among other things. Several supermarkets within a radius of about a kilometer, the sandy beach less than two kilometers. Zenia Boulevard and the Saturday street market are just over a kilometer away.
