Downstairs there is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is no threshold from the street to the ground floor of the apartment.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, the second bedroom has two separate beds, the master bedroom has a double bed. There is also a second bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a private balcony with views of the private yard and the condominium pool area. Upstairs there is also a private roof terrace with views all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment includes a private parking space, no. 13, under the protection of an electric gate.
