This beautiful two-storey duplex apartment is located in the Las Mimosas area on Orihuela Costa. In the large courtyard you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Downstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a good-sized kitchen with access to the backyard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and the living room has a dining table for six. The housing company has a cozy and green pool area. Services can be found within walking distance, the nearest grocery store and cafes and restaurants are about 300 m away. The large shopping center of Zenia Boulevard is about 2 km away. There is space for a car in the private courtyard under the gates or on the street in front of the house.
