The apartment has a front garden for the evening sun, a spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the mezzanine floor, the master bedroom has a balcony that runs the entire width of the apartment, with beautiful views of the park square. There is one more bedroom on the top floor.

The community's swimming pool area is only about a hundred meters away. There is a nice pool bar in the pool area, where you can get snacks and refreshing drinks.

The nearest supermarket Mercadona and a bus stop to the city center are only a couple of hundred meters away.

The apartment does not have Spanish TV channels.
