This very charming top floor apartment is located in Aguas Nuevas, north of the centre of Torrevieja. You enter the apartment into the living room, on the right of which there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the left there is a lovely open balcony, where the morning sun shines. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a desk, the other with two single beds. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

From the living room there are stairs to a private roof terrace, which has wide views of the surroundings, all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. The roof terrace is partially glazed, and the glazing can be opened. The glazing has a dining group for six, and it is a great place to spend an evening.

Services are within walking distance, a grocery store less than a kilometer away, as well as a sandy beach about 700 meters away. The beaches of La Mata and Los Locos are about one and a half kilometers away. Suomi-Kauppa about half a kilometer. A good selection of restaurants and cafes nearby.
