This ground floor corner apartment is located in the beautiful park-like area of ​​Lago Jardin, at the end of the terraced house, near the magnificent swimming pool area.
The apartment has an air heat pump, tower fan and electric radiators for the winter.
The bedroom has two beds (width 90 cm), which can be used either as a double bed or separately as needed. Built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers with bed linen and towels.

The living room has a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 people if necessary (width 140 cm), so the apartment can accommodate a total of 3-4 people. The living room also has a wardrobe and a dining set. Wireless internet connection (600mb/s), Smart TV - thanks to the wireless internet connection (wi-fi), the television can be used to watch online content (e.g. YouTube, etc.).
At the end of the living room is a completely renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cooking and dining utensils.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. Towels can be found in the wall cupboard. 
The utility room next to the kitchen has, among other things, a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, folding sun loungers (2 pcs), parasol, clothes rack and cleaning equipment.
The sunny glazed terrace (approx. 4m2) offers a wonderful view of the green courtyard. It has two armchairs, a round dining table and a display cabinet with coffee cups, drinking glasses, etc.
The large outdoor terrace gets the morning sun, so you can sunbathe in the morning/afternoon and enjoy the lovely park-like view. At the end of the outdoor terrace, you can see beautiful sunsets in the summer season. The outdoor terrace has plants, a plastic table, chairs and a barbecue. 
The Lago Jardin 1 area has a small self-service library maintained by the residents, from which you can borrow Finnish-language reading materials free of charge. There is a bar/restaurant in the swimming pool area and a tennis court next to it (reservations at the pool bar).
The nearest shop (Mercadona) is a short walk away. There is also a pharmacy and other services and shops in the nearby area. In the Spa Hotel Dona Monse, there is a sauna, spa, massage and a dentist (service also in Finnish and Swedish).
The nearest bus stop (E-line to Torrevieja) is on the main street (in front of the Spa Hotel Dona Monse). The bus ride to the beach is about 7 minutes and to the center of Torrevieja about 15 minutes.
The holiday home is located near a large salt lake (Laguna rosa de Torrevieja) - because of this, the area has been found to have positive health effects, especially for those suffering from respiratory and allergy symptoms. The paradise-like environment of Lago Jardin with its fountains also has a therapeutic effect on a person's mood and mental well-being.
