This sunny apartment on the top floor of a four-storey house is located in a gated community by the pool. The balcony and living room face west and the apartment has a private roof terrace where you can enjoy the Mediterranean views and also have a barbecue. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and a French balcony facing south, the second bedroom has a sofa bed. The living room has a folding dining table. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the roof terrace.

There is space for a car in the parking spaces inside the closed gate.

The apartment has easy access to the Playa Flamenca Saturday market and the municipal sports center, which includes an indoor swimming pool, jogging track and tennis courts (approx. 100m from the apartment). Zenia Boulevard with over a hundred shops is only 2km away. The beach is approx. 2km away. Several restaurants less than 1km away. Golf courses a short drive away. Pets welcome.
