This nice upstairs bungalow has a spacious living room and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The large glass doors in the living room to the balcony let in plenty of light into the apartment. The balcony enjoys the day and evening sun, and from the balcony there are stairs to the private roof terrace that covers the entire apartment. The roof terrace has a dining area under a canopy, as well as a charcoal grill. There is plenty of space on the roof terrace to enjoy the sun.

The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate beds that can be spread out underneath. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for overnight guests.

The housing estate has two beautiful pool areas surrounded by real grass. In addition, you have an outdoor gym and a children's playground.

Supermarkets Mercadona, Consum and Aldi are all within a radius of one and a half kilometers. Several restaurants in the Via Park 3 shopping center only eight hundred meters away. Punta Prima beach only four kilometers away.
