A versatile upper-floor bungalow with a spacious living/dining area and a functional open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher. On the living floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds that you can put on top of each other to create more space in the room, or pull apart, according to your needs. From the staircase there are stairs to your own roof terrace, where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. On the roof terrace there is a separate room with a double bed, a bathroom and a washing machine.
The community's pool area is just a few steps away and is surrounded by real grass.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions. 

Electricity fee 0.32€/kWh, according to consumption.
