Very sunny and bright top floor bungalow close to Los Altos restaurants and Aldi supermarket. The living room of the apartment is bathed in light, and from the living room large glass doors lead to a south-facing balcony. The main bedroom of the apartment has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher.

From the private balcony there are stairs to the private roof terrace, which covers the entire apartment. The roof terrace is bathed in sun all day, and it is nice to barbecue there and enjoy the Spanish climate.

The housing company has a communal pool area for residents to use, as well as a parking area protected by remote-controlled gates.

The supermarket Aldi is only about half a kilometer away, and the restaurants in the Via Park 3 center are only about a kilometer away.
