Our modern new property is waiting for you for your vacation! This magnificent roof terrace apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with access to a balcony and a roof terrace the size of the entire apartment. The views from the terrace are pleasing to the eyes and mind, you can see magnificent sunsets over the mountains, or just relax by enjoying the sunlight. The roof terrace is partially covered, and there is both a sofa group and a dining group. The second bedroom has a workstation, where remote work can be done comfortably thanks to the fast fiber optic connection.

The swimming pool area of ​​the housing association is just a couple of steps away. Services are nearby, a grocery store is across the street. There are also several restaurants nearby. You can park your car in the community's fenced, sheltered yard area.
