This charming upstairs bungalow has plenty of space to enjoy the sun, in an excellent location close to amenities. From the front door you enter a bright living room with direct access to a spacious balcony. The balcony is bathed in sunlight from early morning, and you can open the awning to protect it from the sun if necessary. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area, a modern and well-equipped kitchen behind a bar counter, and a separate utility room. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.

Stairs lead upstairs to a multi-purpose space with a fold-out bed (135x200cm), and a second bathroom with a shower. From the upper floor you have access to your own spacious roof terrace, where there is plenty of space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, barbecue and sunbathe. The roof terrace has views all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.

The community has two beautiful swimming pools surrounded by real grass. The Zeniamar shopping center with its restaurants is right next door, the nearest supermarket Costa Blanca is only about 900 meters away, and Zenia Boulevard is only about two kilometers away. The nearest beaches in Playa Flamenca are about 2.5 kilometers away.

For padel lovers, Orange Padel is just 600 meters away, with several quality golf courses within a short drive nearby.

For reservations made during June for August-May 2027, you will receive a discount of -10% on the rental price.
