This modern penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is great for cooking, and the living room and master bedroom have large glass doors to a private sunny balcony. From the balcony there is a spiral staircase to a private roof terrace of approximately 50 square meters. The summer kitchen on the roof terrace has a handy mini-fridge, where drinks and food stay cold, and a Weber electric grill. The housing estate has extensive common areas, a swimming pool, including a children's pool, petanque courts, a children's play area, and a covered spa section with a heated pool. Private parking space no. 95 in the housing estate's garage, from which you can easily take the elevator to the residential floor.
Punta Prima's services are within walking distance, including the Punta Marina shopping center, with a Consum supermarket and several restaurants. You can walk to the sea in about half an hour. The largest shopping center in the area, Zenia Boulevard, is only about 3 km away.

The spa area is closed during the summer from 15.6. to 15.9.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved.
