This sunny top-floor holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and the master bedroom have large glass doors to a south-facing glazed balcony, which brings in lots of light. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a pull-out bed with sleeping space for one or two people as needed. Both bathrooms have a shower.

The kitchen is equipped and bright, and includes a dishwasher. You can grill and enjoy the sun on your own roof terrace. If you want a little shade, you can pull the awning as a sunshade. The roof terrace offers expansive views of the surroundings and is a great place to enjoy dinner at sunset.

The housing company has a shared parking area, which is open only to residents of the area. The swimming pool area with children's pool is just a few steps away from the apartment.

The La Fuente shopping center is about 400 meters away, with several restaurants and bars. Grocery stores Aldi and Mercadona are also within a short walk.
