This new, recently completed apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has direct access to a private balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The apartment also has a private roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The apartment is also well suited for remote working, as both bedrooms have their own workstations, and the bedrooms are separated from each other, which reduces the transfer of sounds from one room to another.

The services of the center of Torrevieja are within walking distance, the new supermarket Mercadona is only a couple of hundred meters away, and the sandy beach is only about three hundred meters away.

It is easy to get to the apartment from the airport, as the airport bus comes directly to the bus station, which is 200 meters away.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
