In this beautiful and Scandinavian-style furnished holiday apartment you can enjoy your holiday golfing, jogging, playing padel, tennis or boules, swimming and enjoying the sun. The housing company has three swimming pool areas.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a modern kitchen and balcony and a private roof terrace with stunning views of both the sea and the golf course. The apartment has central air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, which can be used as temporary sleeping places for one or two people.
You can go to the sunny balcony in the morning from either the main bedroom or the living room.

Near the apartment, just a short walk away, is Villamartin Plaza, a restaurant complex, with its grocery stores and cheerful atmosphere. The largest shopping center in the area, Zenia Boulevard, is also only about four kilometers away.

There is a private parking space for your car in the parking garage on the ground floor of the house, which is conveniently accessible by elevator. The garage's address by car is Calle La Revoltosa, 03189 Orihuela Costa.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved. 
Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
