Modern two-bedroom penthouse in Villamartin, in the new Valentino Golf II community, completed in 2022. The living room of the apartment has large patio doors to the balcony, from which there are stairs to the private roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The roof terrace also has an awning if you want protection from the sun, as well as an outdoor kitchen and a gas barbecue. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. The pool areas of the community and the surrounding green areas for sunbathing are at your disposal.
