The south-facing front terrace of the villa has a magnificent yucca palm, a beautiful dining set and space for a car. The sheltered backyard has its own swimming pool, sauna and a separate outbuilding with a remote workstation. From the glazed front porch of the house you enter the living room with a dining area and a sofa bed. At the end of the living room is a modern and equipped open kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate beds that you can put on top of each other or lift next to each other. The second bedroom has another remote workstation. The bathroom has a shower.

The Flamingo water park, which is open in the summer, is less than a kilometer away, as is the San Luis health center and the new San Luis sports park. The sandy beaches of La Mata are about 6-7 km away, and the center of Torrevieja, about 5 km away, can also be easily reached by bus.

Deposit is 300€, for reservations of over 1 month, deposit is 4 weeks' rent. Deposit will be returned to you after the vacation. Consult terms and conditions.
