"Perla de Locos" (The Pearl of Los Locos) occupies a dream location—front-line, right by the sea. This bright, two-bedroom apartment has recently undergone a cosmetic renovation and is situated in Torrevieja’s well-known "Curva de Palangre" area, right next to Los Locos beach. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment offers unobstructed sea views and a south-facing covered balcony—the perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean sun all year round.

– A bright living room with access to an exceptionally spacious 15-square-meter balcony.
The property also includes a parking space in the underground garage—a rare find in such a central location.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances, including a multi-function oven (with microwave capability), an induction cooktop, an extractor hood, and a dishwasher. There is also a new refrigerator, and you can prepare your morning coffee using a new Moccamaster coffee maker. The bathroom includes a Miele washing machine. The apartment is fitted with two Mitsubishi air-source heat pumps (air conditioning/heating units), one of which has just been replaced. To ensure you feel refreshed during your holiday, the larger bedroom features excellent motorized beds with heat-responsive mattresses. The smaller bedroom has been newly furnished with two high-quality 90 cm wide beds. Additionally, all bed linens and towels have been replaced with new ones as part of the renovation.

All amenities, shops (the nearest 24/7 convenience store is just 15 meters away), and restaurants are within walking distance. The center of Torrevieja is only a few minutes away, and Alicante Airport can be reached in less than an hour.

Thanks to the proximity of local services, you won’t need a car during your stay; however, golfers—for example—can park their vehicle in a dedicated space within the underground garage beneath the building.

The Torrevieja area is an excellent destination for golfers: there are three golf courses within about ten kilometers, and a total of 39 courses within a 100-kilometer radius.
