Spacious top floor duplex apartment in La Zenia, just a kilometer from the beach and within walking distance of Zenia Boulevard.

The front terrace gets the morning sun, and from the terrace you can access directly to the living room. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the spacious upper floor, where there is a third bedroom and a second bathroom. On the upper floor there are terraces on both sides of the apartment, the larger terrace is nice to spend the evening, grill and enjoy the mild Spanish evenings.

The apartment has cooling and heating air conditioning downstairs in the living room and master bedroom, as well as upstairs.

The housing association has a shared swimming pool area for residents to use.

All daily services are nearby, the supermarket Consum is almost next door, and the Los Dolses shopping center is only a couple of hundred meters away. Zenia Boulevard with over a hundred shops is only three hundred meters away.
